I receive DTS and DD sound just fine using this connection however PC sounds/MP3s and other analog sounds do not work. The cable has been run to another room in order to watch downloaded shows/movies in my living room. Analog sound out of SPDIF' I have connected a digital coax cable from the digital out to a Harman Kardon stereo receiver.
